Shortness of Breath

Can the experts tell me the reason for the shortness of breath when I'm walking and going upstairs? I'm feeling extreme tiredness and dullness for the last 4 days. Extremely tired and paining feet. and I didn't know what It could be.?? Should I visit any doctor or not?
