Skin condition of baby

Can anyone tell me what type of skin condition is this? 17 days old baby had 3 bumps on his neck area then after consulting child specialist they give him antibiotics for 3 days.. but after some time these bumps came again with worst condition on babies waist area. Kindly guide me how to treat them?
