My daughter is 15 months ols She doesn't walk. Just takes a few steps like 4 or 5 then sits and start crawling. Although she tries to stand and walk. Her height is also very short in comparison to the children of her age. Her weight is also not that much.

Dear Patient,

Although its extremely normal for kids to start walking late but theres no harm in getting her Vitamin D and CBC done. If there are any deficiencies its completely normal. Some hospitals in Pakistan as a rule give 6mth course of vitamin D to newborns because this is a very common deficiency in pak and can result in such symptoms.
