Stains on teeth

My 2 years baby girl got some kind of stains on her front 2,3 teeth.. what is the reason behind this and what should I do to cure this pls doctors help needed.. she eat proper food mashaAllah from end of march she is not taking any kind of milk.. but i give her yogurt 1 bowl and all tha food roti gosht sabzi everything meethay men some times icecream and some times chocolate but not all the time.

Dear Patient,

I can imagine how concerning this is but please dont blame yourself or worry. Together, we will find a solution iA. Can you plz attach a photo of her teeth? Do you brush her teeth atleast twice a day AFTER meals? Use a soft toddler brush and a good company toothpaste for kids of 2yrs of age. Could you tell me why she doesnt consume milk?
Fortunately these are milkteeth. So even if they are staying the problem may not persist with her adult teeth. However we can only know more once you send us a photo. You may consider seeing a dentist as well
