Stomach Upset

Asked for Male, 6 years

My son is 7.5months old. He never had any stomach problem as such, but now from last three days, he poops after every meal. Sometimes it's all liquid and dark colored. He's on complete mother feed but I also give him chunks of everything as top feed. Already consulted a doctor, he said that he's okay nothing to worry about. I'm still not satisfied. He may get weakened. Experts, please advise something.
