Stomachache

My son is 6 years old and he is complaining stomachache from one month during and after meal and he urge to go washroom mostly after every meal about 2 to 3 times or sometimes 3 to 4 times a day. What is happening to him and what should I do now please help. TIA

Dear Patient,

When did you last deworm him? Kindly give him Syrup Vermox 100mg/5ml, 5ml dose twice a day for 3days. Meanwhile, notice if he passes any worm in stool. Give him soft homecooked foods like khichri, yogurt n bananas. Give ispaghol husk mixed in a little water daily. Give him ORS to rehydrate if the stools are a lot.
Give the child syrup nospa 1 tsp twice a day for pain. Give enterogermina twice a day. If things don't improve in 5dys or he worsens within 2days then please see a specialist.
