Stool Problem with baby

One month old baby boy didn't pass the stool from more than 36 hrs now. Urination is fine and feeding properly as well. Advice please

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Is this the first time this happened? Do you feel the child is straining to pass stool by going red in face or making unusual sounds? Does his abdomen feel hard? Is he on breast milk or formula? Did you change formula recently?
Kindly resend query with these answers, meanwhile give the child tummy time and bend his knees to stomach to help exercise his digestive system and help release stool. If this does happen often you can consult a child specialist. Some kids pass less frequent stools till they start eating solid foods.
