Stress Problem

I am stressed a lot because of my excess workload. Recently I was laying when I had pain in my chest. It was tender so I thought it was a muscle pull. It went away eventually. But now I had the same thing happened again. What test should I take to know what's going on? I am worried about heart attack so kindly reply at the soonest.

Do you smoke? Consider quitting if you do. Do you walk in an open space daily for 10-15mins? Try doing so.
Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet and have atleast 16glasses of water per day.
Find creative ways of managing stress like gym, gardening, etc that you can include in your routine n that will exhaust you.
