Sudden drop in BP

Please guide what could be the reason behind the sudden drop in blood pressure, dizziness, sweating which is usually cold. Sudden blur image and head spinning with a little headache. What test should be taken to diagnose the medical condition behind this and what possible condition it could be please guide?
