Surgery Issue

Asked for Female, 37 years

Dr kindly guide me I'm 37 weeks pregnant my LMP is 7 August n it'll be my third c-section. Today I went to gynecologist she advised me to go for surgery on 29th April. My own Dr. to which I showed in whole pregnancy was on leave so met another gynecologist. She said your 38 weeks will start with tomorrow & you should go for the section on 29th April & my gynecologist gave me 6th May for surgery. Now I'm confused about what to do? Which opinion I should follow?

I'm sorry to hear that. If your own doctor will be back by May and there is no immediate threat to you or your child then you could consider waiting. However, if she won't be back or your reports/condition is unusual then you should get an early surgery.
