Asking for my wife she is taking Hormone replacement therapy and recently started to have night sweating plus hot flushes. Any remedy you can suggest that could help?

Dear Patient,

I'm so sorry to hear this. This is a side effect of estrogen and there isn't much we can do to stop it but you can keep her comfortable and cool at night, and protect her from triggers like foods and drinks rich in caffeine like tea coffee chocolates etc, keep her away from heat n cigarette smoke. Walking daily can also help improve this
