Female. Age 58. Hypertension patient. Suddenly nose started to swell (no injury) Now swelling is spreading on face too.fever 100. Bp 140/80 Please guide thanks

Dear Patient,

Kindly attach a photo for such queries. Her bp and temp seem high too. What medicines is she taking for bp?
Give her tablet telfast 120mg once at night for 4days. For fever 2 tablets panadol can be given whenever there is fever. Ice the affected area. If it doesnt settle go to the nearest hospital.
