Swollen legs and spider veins

I am 60 years old. I am in excellent health. I just had medical checkup and everything fine except cholesterol reading of 320 despite a healthy diet and exercise. My problem is peripheral edema, spider veins and swollen legs, which is often very painful after standing for a long time. Its a problem now as I am exercising daily now. In the past, has spent a long time standing at work. I have this problem for over five years now. Please help in treating this problem

Can you please share photos of all your reports with us? These symptoms could be due to poorly controlled bp, liver problems or varicose veins. You will have to visit a doctor in a clinic with reports so a temporary diagnosis can be made and further treatment can be discussed.
If you are obese do consider losing weight so these symptoms may reduce. Also when you lie down to raise your legs above your chest to help reduce the swelling.
