Swollen Lymph Node

Any doctor to guide. I have kind of hard mass or maybe swollen lymph node on my upper arm from 2years.pahlay eik jagha se tha phir pichle do teen hafton se eik aur jagha mehsus ho raha hai.. I sometime feel pain aur achanak sahi ho jata hai.weakness feel hoti hai movement main baz auqat..to whom I should consult..please guide
