Teething Irritation

My baby is teething and scratches his ear and head. I apply Orajel or give him tynol sometimes. I heard bio 21 is helpful in teething. Should I give him that? or please suggest me something. One more thing please I usually boil nestle water for him. As we heard so many bad stuff about Nestle, should I continue giving him that ? he is one year old. Thanks in advance

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. I do not recommend medicines that haven't been approved by the FDA, bio21 is one of them and I don't recommend it. Just be patient, give him soaked towels in mineral/boiled water and cooled in the freezer to soothe his gums, breadsticks or cucumbers. As for nestle water I don't endorse any water, just needs to be purified, nowadays nothing is pure or clean and unfortunately, we don't know how to make organic water, so if you hear a bad review about some water/food, just research till you find something you like. Boiled or filtered water can be used.
