Teething Problem

Is there any child specialist who can guide me with what medicine or drops should I use for my 3 months old baby girl who's severely irritated because of teething. Her gums are itchy and that makes her take her fingers in her mouth and it has sort of becoming my duty to take it out of her mouth the entire day. I give her teethers too but her fingers are her favorite biting object and I'm super worried.

Please don't give your three month old any medications for this esp the untested homeopathic ones!
A child is new to the world it's their initial phase of life, they will be agitated. Just give her soft washcloths dipped and cooled in the freezer and she can suck on this. You can also slowly rub your clean wet small finger on her gums to massage it gently. If your child wants to nibble her fingers you can give her yours instead.
