Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Tennis elbow is when there is an inflammation of a tendon in your arm. This means there's swelling, redness, warmth and pain in that area that has been 'caused by overuse' of that area and will worsen if you keep playing cricket till it's healed. So first step is to rest.second is to ice it.third is to take a painkiller like tab Brexin twice a day. Fourth you can invest and use an elbow brace to stabilize your elbow and minimize movement and speed up healing. These techniques should ensure recovery in 2-3weeks but if things don't improve you can consider doing physiotherapy or consult an orthopedic.

For further consultation, you can choose from our list of best Orthopedic Surgeons in Karachi and seek in-person advice.
