Throat problem

I am facing two problems since two months. I feel there is something hanging inside my throat, and second is continuous belching throughout the day, these problems are making me extremely worried. Can anyone suggest me what should I do and what are the reasons of excessive belching?

Dear Patient,

Belching/burping/reflux are very common in our population due to sedentary lifestyle and oily n spicy foods. You must walk 20mins after every meal, lie down propped up on two pillows. Take 1 tbsp gaviscon after every meal if need be. Early in the morning before breakfast take Cap Risek 20mg.
The feeling in your throat is probably in the form of reflux.
Things to note are changes in your appetite/weight/bowel habits(diarrhea/constipation).
