Thyroid Issue

I have 3 children but after my last baby birth which I delivered 6 months back I feel a lot of weakness. I am a hypothyroid patient and was taking PTU but now I am suffering from heartbeat problems. Due to this I have pains in my most of my body parts. I have got ECG 3 times done and turned out to normal every time. I am suffering from Thyroid problem too. My question is, is it because of the Thyroid issue?

Dear Patient,

Yes, it is likely that the weakness and palpitations are caused by thyroid imbalance. It's best if you go to an endocrinologist who can balance out your medications and start some to control the heartbeat as well. It is also possible that you did not take your prenatal and postnatal multivitamins for at least 6 weeks after delivery. If so plz take tab fefolvit n cAc-1000 once a day each. Take these at least four hours apart. So, one can be taken in the morning and others at lunch or so.
