Tingling and Numbness

I am a software engineer 36 years old. I am having a tingling sensation in my right hand and thumb numbness also. It gets worse at night or morning especially. Any suggestion as it is affecting my work?

I'm sorry to hear that. Kindly take Injection methacobal once a day for 5 days on every alternate day- so that in a period of 10days you receive a total 5 injections. This injection can be given IM or IV however it's easy. If numbness doesn't improve soon after then. Kindly consider seeing a rheumatologist.
