Tiny veins on legs

There are some tiny red veins exposed on my legs 06 months ago, now spread all over on both legs and increasing day by day, no pain but sometime colors red and dark, I'm out of country here someone told me these are spider veins any one guide me what's the effective treatment for these and also the specialist in Islamabad. Any serious complications ?
