Tiredness Issue

Asked for Female, 25 years

The patient feels tiredness whole day, pain in knees and sometimes in other joints or arm. Her average bp range is 90/70. What could be the reasons? Any medicine test or any other recommendations, please.

Dear Patient,

Start iron and calcium supplements
Consume diet including milk, yogurt, green veggies, and meat
Start exercise or yoga for atleast 30 minutes daily
Get a cbc done.
