Tooth Problem

Asked for Female, 72 years

The problem is that my grandmother is facing a condition in which her throat and mouth get dry and then her teeth simply come out of her mouth with her tongue. As if they really didn't have any roots or connection with gums. Kindly make me know what's the problem and how can we get rid of this condition.
