Underweight Problem

I want to ask about my nephew. He is 2.5 years old. but quite weak, underweight. But Alhamdulillah he is very active. He eats everything with everyone. Doc always says that he is active means he is fine. But to us, it seems like he does not digest properly because of his stool. Like things came out the same sometimes. And he sweats alot even in ac room while sleeping where others are feeling cold. He'll be sweating. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that. It is normal for kids to not digest food entirely sometimes and we do not encourage supplements or unnecessary testing if the child is active and healthy.
