I request for assistance and guidance regarding my 16 month old baby girl please she has following issues She is under weight (7kg). Since last few months its been 3rd time and while crying (not a hard one) she faints literally after seconds on crying then retrieves after a pause of few seconds

Yes kids of 16mths age should be between 7.8-12.5kgs ideally so she is slightly underweight. Can you share her diet (meal details and timings)with us? You could write it on paper neatly and attacha photo. For her fainting on crying you should rush to the ER immediately even if she has recovered as this is something that needs to be assessed in detail and is dangerous. Kindly follow up with a child specialist near you
