Unspecified Pain in Chest

I am 71years old and generally healthy and fairly active despite suffering from Osteoporosis. Have low back pain and also COPD. Take medicine for diabetes, hypertension, and prostate (Cardura 2mg). The present ailment is a constant unspecified dull pain in the right upper quadrant of my abdomen/ chest. Ultra sound and X Ray's reports are un- remarkable. The pain is there for over a year now and is bothering me. Have not been able to associate with any event. Can someone help?

I'm sorry to hear that. COPD is a type of lung disease. Having chronic mild pain of chest can be concerning given your medical history. I would recommend consulting a lung specialist for this issue. It could also be muscular pain and you can apply an analgesic balm to it for pain relief. If pain isn't resolved consulting a lung specialist is wise.
