Upset Stomach

For last few weeks. I am having some pain in my tummy and other body parts. Like in arm, hands, in back and some times in any leg also. I had my blood tests,chest x.ray,ecg,echo test. Alhamdulillah everything i found every thing normal. But in ultrasound, dr found bowel gases and told me that body aches are beacause of upset stomach. kindly suggest me.

Dear Patient,

Bowl gases are expected in the intestines cause its empty and some air is there. The first step to take would be to treat upset stomach- avoid outside food, add greek yogurt to your diet, eat a soft diet, take 1 smecta sachet after every loose stool, take ispaghol 1 tsp after every meal, take ORS to rehydrate(1-2glass/stool). Once you are better you can take Tablet One a Day for men. This multivitamin, when taken for a few months, will fix any deficits in your body and your pain will soon be relieved.
You can apply warm olive oil to aching body parts and massage with a hot towel.
