Upset Stomach

My 9 month old daughter is having upset stomach since morning. I have given her banana, yoghurt and fennel seed's water to stop loose motions. She became stable for some time but repeated washing has resulted into nappy rashes. Can anyone suggest something?

Dear Patient,

Kindly give her half ampuole of Enterogermina everyday plus 5ml of zincatOD syrup for 5-10dys till diarrhea improves. Give half tsp ispaghol in yogurt three times a day, continue with soft diet. Give low osmolarORS 50-100ml after ev loose stool, continue breastfeed. See a specialist immediately if child has high fever, vomits nonstop, looks dehydrated.

Dont wipe, but wash with soap after every stool, pat dry and apply a thick layer of vaseline. To the rash apply thick sudocream layer. Leave diaper free for an hour if possible.
