Uric acid problem

I want to get rid of Uric Acid. Now the level is 8.4 mg/dL. Gout most oftenly affecting and result in ankle, knees and shoulder pain. I tried to get some useful tips from the net and had a meeting with doctor here in SaudiArabia but couldn't find permanent solution. please help
