Vaginal Discharge

Patient has constant vaginal discharge sometimes yellow and usually white. Date of menstruation has changed and going backwards from 13 to 3 and now 28 now. What is the reason

In young females its common for the cycle to change and often become longer or shorter as the body adjusts to the many hormonal changes post-puberty. If the vaginal area isnt itchy, if the discharge isn't smelling foul, there's no fever then a white discharge is common as the cervix cleans itself and this is a natural phenomenon.
