Varicose Vein Problem

Salam. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and having vulvar varicose veins problem since last two months. Pain is unbearable. Dr. prescribed me ascard tablet for one month. Still can't sleep due to pain. Kindly tell me is it curable? Its my third pregnancy, in last pregnancy I had the same problem but after delivery they disappeared. Both deliveries were via c-section
