Vomiting in pregnancy

I have a query regarding pregnancy of my wife She has exceeded the period days and its 16 now. But every day every time she is feeling vomit either when she is in the kitchen for her work once she got the smell of the food cooked she feel heavy vomit in her chest Furthermore she is feeling pain in her legs. Stomach upper side and sometimes she is having back pain. Even she is hungry every single time but she is unable to eat. Kindly suggest to me!

Thank you for your query. How many days has it been since he'd supposed period date or last periods even? Did she do any urine or blood test to prove pregnancy? Can you share a report of results with us? Is this her first pregnancy?often times women may have severe cramping pain in early days of pregnancy. This may be uncomfortable but isn't alarming. Do you want help regarding what medicine to take for her nausea? It would be helpful if you can specify if it's 16 days or weeks or what you meant?
