Water accumulated in Right Ear

If its in the right ear you should tilt your head to the right and give a few slaps with the heel of your palm on the left side of your head. This should help the water release over time. The water is stuck behind some ear wax, it will slowly dissolve the wax and till the wax releases or moves out of the way the water won't come out.
If pain/fever occurs severely then you will need to see a specialist who can take it out for you. This is a normal occurrence and usually subsides itself.
