How to reduce water retention fast in the body especially the swelling in ankles, legs, and feet? Is there any medicine for that?

Yes of course. There are diuretics that can be prescribed for this. Discuss it with your current doctor or send us details of your patient like age, gender, current diagnosis, recent reports?
It is also helpful to treat the issue causing water retention, does the patient have liver issues or lung issues or is this due to kidney/cardiac problem? Once that is diagnosed it can be treated and the results may take longer but would be more longterm.
