Weak Health of Baby

My baby is 19 months old. The problem is that he does not eat anything, only drinks milk after 6 hours and does not eat anything in between. Also, he has sores on his tongue. And severe constipation too. Please recommend me something for his hunger so that he starts eating everything. I'm much worried as day by day he is getting weak.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear this. Your child should only be offered milk at bedtime and in the morning during sleep if he likes otherwise he should be on a regular diet now. You need to restrict the milk you offer, it takes around a week but children learn that they need to eat food then n they can't go hungry without milk. This is the only confirmed way of doing this. Why does he have sores on his tongue? Does he have a fever? Can you share a photo of sores? Give him roti and fiber-rich foods and water so that his stools become soft n pass easily.
You can give a tsp of syrup vidalyn to him daily. But you need to restrict his milk intake.
