Weak Health of Baby

My query is about my baby. He is turning 1 year alhamdulillah. But still, he didn't start walking. And he is weak also. He can stand without support alhamdulillah. But doesn't raise his legs. What will be helpful for him then? Also, need a healthy diet plan for him.

Dear Patient,

Well it's okay for kids to not walk till even after first year as long as they are healthy and have no abnormalities. If your child is weak then you need to give him an all-round diet including egg for breakfast, roti with meat and sabzi, fruits of 2-3 types in evening and rice and salan for dinner. His snacks should include dates and nuts, cheese yogurt etc.
