Weakness and Lazy

Aoa, my aunt is 35 years old single working 9-5 in an office. The whole day she feels pain in the body, especially in knees, shoulders, and neck. when she comes back from the office she does no house hold task she says she feel weakness and remains lazy. Kindly guide
