Weird Allergy

My friend's 10 months old baby is suffering from weird allergy or disease exactly I don't know ... kindly guide me what is this and how to cater it. On feet its sort of blisters having water and its spreading On hands and face its milia type like mosquito bite. His chest and back are clear

Dear Patient,

Its always advisable to attach a clear photo of the skin of the child because just the description is not always enough.
We cannot be sure as to what this is and would recommend seeing a pediatrician immediately. It sounds like Hand Foot and mouth disease but to rule out anything more serious you have to see a specialist asap. Give her 1.5ml syrup Zyrtec for 3-5d ays. Apply calamine lotion to hands and feet when she's sleeping. Maintain hygiene- give regular baths and dry thoroughly.
