Mr. Muhammad Umar Fayyaz

Mr. Muhammad Umar Fayyaz is a highly experienced Clinical and Sports Psychologist with over 10 years of expertise in psychological assessment, research, behavior therapy, counseling, and higher education. He specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families, particularly in the areas of autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, helping parents, teachers, and children develop effective behavioral and cognitive strategies through a collaborative and solution-focused approach. As a Sports Psychologist, he has worked with elite athletes, including domestic and international cricketers representing Pakistan, assisting them in managing performance anxiety, injury-related concerns, mental resilience, and competitive pressures through evidence-based psychological interventions, imagery, and performance enhancement techniques. Notably, he also worked with the Pakistan Under-19 Cricket Team that became Asian Champions in 2025, contributing to the players' mental preparation and performance development. In addition, he integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with traditional psychotherapy and provides family, marital, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients overcome personal and relationship challenges.
