I hold an MS degree in Clinical Psychology, and also an MSc. degree in Applied Psychology. I have almost 3 years of practicing experience in the field. Therapeutic approaches that I do use with my clients are Eclectic; specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Moreover, Existential and Humanistic approaches are also being used by me. I keep strong focus on rapport building while making clients super comfortable sharing their issues with me and making them capable of incorporating healthy coping skills as well as keeping positive approach to their life. The psychological issues that I have expertise to give treatment for, include Depression, Anxiety disorders, Stress, Emotion regulation issues, Anger management issues, Career selection, Marital conflicts, Low self-esteem, Interpersonal relationship conflicts, Trauma, OCD.
