Ms. Madiha Rana

Currently, I am working as a clinical psychologist at Depot Line Clinic for Mental Health, Karachi since 2021. I am involved in research work, psychological testing, history-taking, treatment plans and therapies. I am trained for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychological Testing. My research work comprises study of demographics of patients at Depot Line and its application for deploying various techniques for course of treatment. In addition, I am involved in therapies for both online and face to face sessions for clients dealing with various mental health issues. The therapy sessions include, pre-marriage counseling and marriage counseling, depression, anxiety, anger, fear, phobias, bi-polar, OCD, PTSD, Grief/loss and schizophrenia. Diet, relaxation training, life skills, ways to manage and value emotions, friends and relationships, self-development and trauma/stress releasing exercises are also taught during the treatment course.
