ABOUT Dr Anwaar Kiani Dr Anwaar Kiani is Consultant Orthopaedic and Sports Surgeon, specialized in Arthroplasty and Arthroscopic sports surgery for Knee and Shoulder. He is UK NHS trained with 17 years of clinical experience across different NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom. Dr Anwaar Kiani has completed MBBS (1999) from Rawalpindi Medical College, initially done FCPS 2 training at Holy Family Hospital and moved to UK in 2003. He completed his Basic Surgical Training and MRCS (2007), started his Orthopaedics training and completed ChM (2015-2016) Master Degree in Orthopaedics from University of Edinburgh. Dr Anwaar Kiani later completed his training from Severn Deanery (UK) and successfully obtained Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS Tr & Orth) and he is also a Fellow of European Board of Orthopaedics & Traumatology (F-EBOT). Dr Anwaar Kiani has done 1st Fellowship training in Lower Limb Arthroplasty (joint replacement surgery) and arthroscopic surgery for sports and related injuries of Knee and Hip joint at Yeovil District Hospital, Somerset, UK. He has done 2nd Fellowship for one year in Shoulder surgery from Bristol, specialized in Shoulder replacement, reconstruction and arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Dr Anwaar Kiani has returned to Pakistan in 2020 to serve his country and aims to provide international standards care and best Orthopaedic treatments in his specialized field.
