Cefiget is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections like urinary tract infections, ear and throat infections, sinusitis, bronchitis, typhoid, as well as sexually transmitted diseases. It is composed of Cefixime Trihydrate as the active ingredient which belongs to the cephalosporin group of antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth and spread of bacteria in the body.
