A sustained release muscle relaxant capsule for painful muscle spasms.
Emrix Capsule Uses
- Relieving muscle spasm caused by acute musculoskeletal injuries
- Easing muscle tightness from back strain or neck strain
- Supporting short term pain relief alongside rest and physiotherapy
Emrix Capsule Benefits
- Reduces painful muscle spasm within the first few doses
- Sustained release formula allows once daily dosing
- Helps improve mobility during the recovery period
- Works well alongside physical therapy for faster recovery
Orthopedic doctors in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi often prescribe Emrix capsule for patients with acute back or neck spasm after an injury or a long day of manual work. It is meant for short courses, usually two to three weeks, not long term use.
Cyclobenzaprine works on the central nervous system to calm muscle spasm rather than acting directly on the muscle itself. Because it is a sustained release capsule, Emrix is usually taken once daily, which makes it easier to stick with the treatment.
Since it can cause drowsiness, doctors advise against driving or operating machinery until you know how the capsule affects you. It is generally combined with rest, hot or cold compress, and physiotherapy for the best recovery.
