How to use Zultracet tablet 37.5mg / 325mg?

• Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

• Use for the shortest time, and do not take other paracetamol containing medicines.

Drug Interactions

• Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs): Together they raise the risk of serotonin syndrome and seizures.
• Alcohol and sedatives: They can cause dangerous drowsiness and slow breathing.
• Carbamazepine: It lowers tramadol levels and weakens pain relief.
