Take your calcium (osnate D) and fefolvit tablets atleast for 6-8weeks postpartum.
Avoid bending neck a lot- do hot fomentations using hot towel, rub slightly warm olive oil on neck gently and alternately apply voltral gel.
If the pain is severe you could wear a medical cervical collar to help support your neck. If the pain is excessive you can take ponstan forte twice a day if needed. If these measures dont help you should see an orthopedic.
