Back pain problem

Im experiencing back pain. Retrolisthesis L5-S1; S1JD; Mild diffused disk bulge L5-S1; Thecal sac compression L5-S1 and L4-L-5 Bilateral neural foramina narrowing L4-L-5 Diagnosis: Lumbar radiculitis and lumbar herniation with myelopathy and lumbar spondylosis,degenerative joint disease, retrolisthesis. Now, there is a lump on my back, about golf ball size on both sides of lower back and there is another lump on the right side. golf ball sized lump is continuously getting more painful and bigger

Dear Patient,

Unfortunately, due to injury or some birth defects you have multiple issues in your spine where the distance between some bones is less, the gel between them is misplaced and there are general wear and tear that isn't expected at your age causing pressure on the spine and its nerves. I'm afraid you will need some lifestyle changes, physiotherapy and even surgery to fix these issues. The bulge may be due to these or some other reason and you will need to see a neurosurgeon asap.
