Lower Spine Pain

Asked for Female, 32 years

Assalam u alaikum. I m suffering from extreme pain in my lower spine whenever I wake up in the morning or stand after sitting for a long period. It is since 1 year and it is so painful that I can't bend myself. It looses its intensity after an hour or two... I'm 26 yrs old with 3 kids,, all via c-sec. Please help me out. I don't wanna want to have pain killers for this all the time.
