Backache in Pregnancy

Asalamoalaikum.. it's my 8th week of pregnancy. It's my second pregnancy and gap between both is 9 months i am feeling so much pain in lower side of my tummy and pain in stiches And severe backache.. please help me what to do.. should i go for scan..or it's Normal in such little gap of pregnancy?

Being so far along in your pregnancy, the child gets bigger and moves lower down near the end, causing pain and pressure. You must also be taking care of your first child. However given the short gap between both kids, I am sure your gynecologist must have counseled you about the kind of health concerns you can have like a pain in stitches when the gap between two pregnancies is short or other health concerns? I would recommend you see her again asap and she can guide you further. Meanwhile remember to take it easy, not life weights/kids, rest when possible and not climb stairs often. Good luck.
