Bone Marrow Cancer

Asked for Female, 60 years

My wife has bone marrow cancer and about 50 melignant lymphas nodes in her lungs liver spleen and many other parts of body. Her HB is 3 and platelets 7. She has been transfused almost 100 bottles of blood but the blood destroys itself and new blood is not produced. She has to undergo surgery for which her blood level and platelets have to be maintained at normal range. Can anyone help me with the right blood donor?
